Morning Breakfast From Last Night's Leftovers
I wasn't feeling super creative this morning when I got home from the gym so I essentially just utilized last nights leftovers with a breakfast twist. I used my same veggies that I sauteed last night.
Then, for this morning I coupled them with a bed of baked bacon, an over-easy egg, a quarter of an avocado, and dairy-free Parmesan cheese from Jungle Jim's. Yet again, not a ton of effort went into the creation of this little meal, but it was extremely delicious.
