Dorm Hummus Plate

During my visit home, I grilled some chicken so I was able to bring some back to school with me in a little baggy. It was the perfect addition to one of my go-to dorm lunches. I paired my Sabre spinach and artichoke hummus with celery, carrots, apple slices.


No, I didn't drink the Pino Grigio in between my classes today, but it would have probably added a nice touch to this happy, light lunch. :)


Major life tip by the way: slice up your veggies and keep them in your fridge that way so that they are easy to grab! It's much easier to eat healthy when it's easy!
