My Go-To College Breakfast


Once again, this year I am still confined to a suite-style dorm, and I don't have my own kitchen. It is a huge bummer. Yet, I have learned ways to make this suck a little less. For example, my favorite breakfast is doctored up dining hall oatmeal. We have plain oats in our dining hall so I get a cup of those and bring them up to add the toppings.

I like to add Kind GF granola, flax seed, chia seeds, raw almonds (and occasionally other nuts), Justin's almond butter, and Enjoy Life vegan chocolate chips. It provides a hearty breakfast that keeps me full and energized the vast majority of my school day.
