I've Mentioned I Love Breakfast, Right?



Another quick, easy, and yummy breakfast is decorated toast. Everyone loves avocado toast. You've seen it on shows, Instagram, Snapchat, and every other social media platform. It's for a good reason, though. It really is a great go-to breakfast. I usually top mine with an over easy egg, sea salt, pepper, and crushed red chili flakes. The simple combination is definitely my favorite.


If your sweet tooth tends to call out to you in the mornings, you can also opt for a toast more like the one on the left. If you choose to do this you can choose a nut butter (I chose Justin's Chocolate Hazelnut Butter today), granola, nuts, seeds, and even a pure honey. I don't use gluten free bread, but I do use a whole grain option (Dave's Killer Bread, 21 Whole Grains and Seeds Bread) and it is only 60 calories per slice. Then of course, I always add some fruit to my breakfast too.
